Supported input
JPG, PNG and WebP up to 40 MB. Pictures are processed at up to 2,400 px on the long side and saved as transparent PNG. The background can be filled white or black and the edge softened.

Troubleshooting
If the model cannot be downloaded, check the connection and press again. Older devices and browsers may be slow or unable to run it.
Limitations
On first use the model that finds the background is downloaded once from huggingface.co (about 4.4 MB for general pictures, 24.7 MB for people). That is an outside request; your photo is not sent. Fine detail such as hair, and areas the same colour as the background, may not come out clean.
